This report from the Survey of Disability, Ageing and Carers details the number and percentage of Victorian women by age group who have a disability or long-term health condition. Data includes disability classification, labour force status, principal source of primary income. Data is also available for Victorian women aged 60 and over who need assistance and the extent to which their needs are met. This study includes data on the specific health conditions for Australian women who reported having a long-term health condition or disability. Data includes the difficulties as a result of the condition, aids used to assist with the condition, level of work limitation and labour force status by work limitation.  Further Info

This report includes the estimates of the main disability groups for Australian women under 65 years of age including intellectual, psychiatric, sensory/speech, acquired brain injury and physical/diverse. Data is reported for the main disabling condition, all disabling conditions by activity limitations and participation restrictions, and severe core activity limitations. Additional data is available for Indigenous women and girls aged 14 years and under. Women who are Disability Support Pension recipients are also recorded.  Further Info
