The summary of key findings indicate that there is a gap between the availability of flexible working conditions and the number of women accessing these. Training and access to promotional opportunities and career development are important to women and many have experienced difficulty accessesing training. Third and finally, of concern are the number of women who continue to work additional hours and the high percentage who do not get compensated for this work.
