This report documents the activities, outcomes and experiences of Australian higher education graduates three years after the completion of their studies. Females were consistently more likely than males to be undertaking full-time study. Female graduates were most likely to be employed in the healthcare and social assistance industry. Education and training, and professional, scientific and technical services were also relatively common employment industries for female graduates. Female graduates were more likely than male graduates to be employed in a clerical or administrative role three years after the completion of their studies. Female graduates were less likely than male graduates to be unemployed for an extended period of time. Males earned higher median salaries than females in all fields of education three years after course completion.
