Details

The Victorian Burden of Disease study includes data for Victorian women that details their potential reduced healthy life expectancy due to disability, disease and/or health conditions. Data includes the disability adjusted life years (DALY) and years of life lost (YLL) for a variety of conditions, and a comparison is made to the 1996 data from the previous study. The Top 20 causes of burden of disease in DALYs and the Top 20 causes of mortality burden in YLLs for Victorian women is also available.
