The Office of Housing report shows the total number of Victorian women who were the principal applicant for public rental housing during 2008-09. This report details the total Victorian households and new Victorian households assisted through various rental housing and home ownership assistance schemes during 2008-09. Rental housing assistance includes long term housing, Aboriginal housing, short-medium term housing and private rental assistance. Supply, demand and price data on the private housing market and private rental market is included. Some of the data is reported by family type (couple no children, single parent etc.), age group and/or household income.
