This report includes data on net reproduction rates indicating the percentage of daughters surviving to reproductive age per Victorian woman. The number of births, total fertility rate, median age of mothers and births within/outside or registered marriage are reported by regional district. The Infertility Treatment Authority's annual report includes data detailing the infertility treatment cycles for Victorian women per licensed place. Data includes the total number of women treated, cycles continued, clinical pregnancies, confinements and number of babies born. Other data includes the proportion of types of treatment (donor insemination, In vitro fertilisation, gamete intra-fallopian transfer and thaw cycle), specific types of treatment and the outcomes arising from that treatment, storage of oocytes/embryos, the number of multiple births, uses and the outcomes of treatment utilising donor gametes and embryos, and the outcomes of testing for genetic or chromosomal abnormalities.  Further Info

The Victorian Burden of Disease study includes data for Victorian women that details their potential reduced healthy life expectancy due to infertility related conditions. Data is reported by age group and includes; years of life lost (YLL), years lived with a disability (YLD), disability-adjusted life years (DALY), incidence and prevalence.
