This report contains information age specific fertility rates of Victorian women.  Victoria recorded the lowest total fertility rate of all the states and territories for 2010.  The total fertility rate for Victorian Indigenous women was 2.10.  The median age of first time mothers in Australia is 28.9 years.  Victoria recorded the lowest teenage fertility rate of 9 babies per 1,000 women. Selected statistical information is available for Victorian Indigenous women.  Further Info
